10 Examples That Show Parenting Isn’t What It Used To Be

When we think of bad parents, we may picture Kate Gosselin,or Nadya Suleman, (aka “OctoMom”) in fact, we could probably just stop right there and pack in for the day.  However, have you ever witnessed what I call (take offense if you must) “Wal-Mom’s.”  You know the kind, you can hear them shrieking at their litters of children from across the store, or parking lot.  “Get the hell over here God dammit, Harley, I’m gonna beat you; I told you we wasn’t buyin’ no toys!”  If you haven’t witnessed them, go hang out in a Wal-Mart for an hour… it’s pretty entertaining.

But might there be worse parenting out there?  We aim to find out!

#10 Instilling Ambition… You’re doing it wrong.

Does your 5-year-old really have to know you don’t work as a secretary?  Probably not…
