Rebecca Da Costa got her start as an actress playing a waitress on The Treasure of the Black Jaguar, an American Independent Film.
That same year, Da Costa played Anabella in The Trick of The Witch, a supernatural thriller about models who get trapped in a secluded mansion. The film won both “Best Horror Film” and the “Audience Award” at the 2010 New York International Film Festival.
The following year, she starred in the movie, L.A., I Hate You as Natasha. The movie, directed by Yvan Gauthier, was filmed in Los Angeles. Inspired by true events, the movie showed a darker side of L.A.
The rising star’s latest role is that of Chelsea in the movie Freerunner, which premiered at the Cannes film festival this year. An action-packed thriller, this film really begins to show the actresses true versatility.
