There is no denying that reality TV shows sell like hot cakes. In the past couple years there has been hundreds of reality shows, some made it and some could never get the audience addicted. 19 Kids and Counting
This American reality TV show started in 2008 as 17 Kids and Counting, then 18 Kids and Counting and as of today 19 Kids and Counting. Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar have been having babies since 1988. The Duggar children all have names starting with the letter “J”. One would think that Jim and Michelle would mistake them, loose them or be in a large amount of debit, but the Duggars seem to have it all together.

16 and Pregnant
The show aired June 2009 on MTV and normalizes teenage pregnancy. Following pregnant sixteen your old girls through high school dealing with the hard ships of teenage pregnancy. MTV launched a knock off of the show called Teen Mom with Teen Mom 2 airing on January 2011.
Ace of Cakes

Being Bobby Brown is a reality series that depicted the life of R&B singer Bobby Brown and his mega-star then-wife, singer Whitney Houston, and their family. The series debuted on the Bravo channel on June 30, 2005, and became very highly rated, and restored a degree of celebrity to Bobby Brown.

Dancing With The Stars
The show pairs a number of celebrities with professional ballroom dancers, who each week compete by performing dances. These are then given scores by a panel of judges. Viewers are given a certain amount of time to place votes on their favorite dancers, either by telephone or (in some countries) by the Internet. The couple with the lowest combined score (judges plus viewers) is eliminated. This process continues until there are only two or three couples left, at which point one couple is declared the champion. On Monday, Feb. 28, during the regular airing of The Bachelor, the full cast will be announced for season 12.

I Survived A Japanese Game Show
An American reality show that saw its first season premiere on ABC June 24, 2008. The show followed a group of Americans, who leave the United States for Japan where they competed in a Japanese style game show.The winner takes home US $250,000.
The series has conducted 172 interventions since its premiere in March of 2005, 134 individuals are currently sober. Twice nominated and in 2009 awarded the Emmy® for Outstanding Reality Series, the five-time PRISM Award-winning series “Intervention” profiles people whose dependence on drugs and alcohol or other compulsive behavior has brought them to a point of personal crisis or estranged them from their friends and loved ones. Kate Plus 8 (formerly known as Jon & Kate Plus 8 and stylized on the title card as Kate Plus Ei8ht) is a reality television show produced in the United States by Figure 8 Films about the Gosselin family, consisting of parents Jon and Kate and their eight children: fraternal twins and sextuplets. The show follows the family through their daily lives, focusing on the challenges of raising multiple children. The show originally aired on Discovery Health, but then aired on TLC for Seasons 3-5. The show was one of the highest rated programs on TLC during its run.
